We at Best Beds pride ourselves on a fast and reliable customer service. This is reflected in our very high feedback rating from the thousands of satisfied customers we've had.

We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with a 48 hour delivery service unless otherwise stated.

Payment

We accept PayPal, cheque, postal order or cash on collection. If paying by cheque please allow time for it to clear.

Shipping

Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and sent with a 2 working day delivery service.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery driver can deliver to the door only due to insurance reasons. If you would like delivery to a room of choice please ask before you order as there will be additional charges and the driver is not be permitted to go up more than one flight of stairs. If delivery is to a block of flats the driver can deliver to the ground floor only and if you would like delivery to a flat door please ask before you order as there will be additional charges and a working lift is required.

If you live UK non-mainland or Scotland please contact us BEFORE you buy as P+P will be more expensive. Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland

There will be a discount if this item is collected in person. We may also be able to offer a discount for multiple purchases so please ask.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is registered on your ebay account and you email us a delivery phone number or additional delivery fees may be charged. There may be some recycled packaging used to bring you free P+P costs and to do our bit for the environment.

Terms and Conditions

In the the unlikely event that you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us before leaving feedback and we will do are best to resolve them. All items are under full money back guarantee so can be returned within 7 days of receipt providing there are faults with the item. There will be a fee to pay if returning the item due to disliking the colour/ size.
